Description

Pelvic floor exerciser to prepare the perineum for the third stage of labour; contributing to the recovery of muscle tone after childbirth, and to prevent stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Its design consists of a silicone balloon and a hand knob with an integrated pressure display that helps to monitor the training and improvement of pelvic floor muscle tone.

Instructions for use

Insert the exerciser into the vagina about 2 cm inwards. You can apply a water-based lubricant if necessary.
