Description

Artisan corn bread with pumpkin seeds and organic teff, with a great taste. Teff is one of the cereals that contain more iron and provides about 17 times more calcium than other cereals, besides having an exceptional flavor. Packaged in 2 individual 250g packs, this bread can be kept for almost 3 months once opened. Suitable for vegans. Gluten free.

Instructions for use

Bake the previously unpacked bread in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 15 minutes or savour each slice of bread toasted in the toaster for 2 minutes.

Iron is a functional mineral that contributes to the body's growth and development. It is present in haemoglobin and myoglobin. These proteins transport oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the organism. Iron is also involved in the creation of hormones and connective tissue.
