Scitec Nutrition BCAA + Glutamine Xpress Mojito 300g is a supplement that combines all essential free amino acids in one formula. Each serving of this product provides:

  • 5 grams of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 2:1:1 ratio
  • 5 grams of glutamine
  • Taurine as an additional ingredient

BCAAs are crucial for the body, as they are one of the nine essential amino acids that cannot be synthesized naturally and must be obtained through diet or supplements. They represent approximately 35% of the essential amino acids found in muscle proteins. Glutamine is another key component, especially valued by athletes, and its combination with BCAAs in a 1:1 ratio facilitates the recovery of these reserves during and after exercise.
