Description

This is a fermented strain for making yoghurt. It is ideal for people who prefer their yoghurt to be sweeter and low in acidity.

Instructions for use

Dilute a bit of yalacta with half a cup of cold milk. Stir until the lumps dissolve and disappear. Cover the cup and wait 1-2 hours before the sowing of milk.

Close the yoghurt and incubate at 45°C for 8 hours, and then store in the refrigerator.

Maintain a fresh yoghurt and make another sowing in 2-3 days diluting yoghurt with milk, according to the same procedure and so on for successive productions.
