Absofoam Border Lite Dressing 7,5x8,5cm 10 Sachets

It is a hydrocellular dressing for low exuding wounds. Presented in a box containing 10 individual sachets that guarantee the sterility of the dressings. They are composed of a central cushion of double layer: polyurethane foam and non-woven fleece. It is covered on the wound side with a silicone side for atraumatic removal. The side opposite the wound is an impermeable and gas permeable polyurethane film. It is designed to keep the wound in a moist environment in order to optimize exudate management. This dressing is suitable for acute and chronic wounds that exude weakly from the gemmation to the epidermis (e.g. bedsores, ulcers, dermabrasions, etc.).

Clean the wound. Dry the skin surrounding the wound. Remove the release paper and apply the adherent side to the wound. Do not stretch the dressing. For best adhesion the dressing should adhere to the surrounding healthy skin at least 5 cm.
