Dried and natural extracts of arnica flower. Contributes to the relief of muscular and joint discomfort. Arnica flower is attributed with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It is traditionally used in cases of bruises, skin irritations or to promote healing. Suitable for infusion.
Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.
Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.
In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.
It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.
