Fine organic and gluten-free textured soy. It is made from carefully selected non-GMO organic soybeans. Low in calories and fat-free.

The soybeans are first cold-pressed and then textured using low-temperature extrusion techniques to preserve the nutrients in the soybeans.

Rich in protein, these soy proteins are an alternative to meat and fit perfectly into a vegetarian diet.

It is used in the preparation of dishes (meatballs, burgers), soups, creams, bread, cakes, etc.

· Use about 30 or 40g of soy protein (one serving).
· Rehydrate in hot water for about 10 minutes.
· Drain and remove excess water. After hydration, the weight of the product triples and retains its consistency.
· The proteins can be used like meat.
