Maximum energy from nuts and dried fruit

300g

Description

Generally, from 6 months onwards, babies take a big step forward, as they begin to incorporate solid foods into their daily diet. One of the first meals offered to them is the multi-cereal porridge, as these provide a high content of energy and nutrients that the small one needs to develop.

Blevit Plus Honey Dried Fruits and Multicereal Fruits is made from a balanced blend of seven cereals, nuts and honey. Each of the cereals used goes through a dextrination process so that the baby can then digest them quickly and take advantage of all their nutrients.

Thanks to fructooligosaccharides, the development of harmful bacteria is inhibited, while probiotics (lactobacillus and bifido-bacteria) grow favourably in the digestive tract, guaranteeing complete protection of the baby's intestinal flora from 6 to 12 months.

Its taste is very pleasant as well as its aroma and does not require the addition of sugar.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is very important for protein metabolism. It also helps in the formation of red blood cells and contributes to the maintenance of the central nervous system. It also plays an essential role in maintaining normal nerve function and in the production of DNA. This micronutrient, naturally present in foods such as meat, eggs, dairy products and fish, helps to properly care for skin, nails and hair.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anaemia, which causes symptoms such as muscle weakness, tiredness or fatigue, as well as mood disorders. It is important to consider vitamin B12 supplementation in vegetarian or vegan diets, to try to ensure optimal intake levels and avoid anaemia or weakness. This micronutrient can be found in multivitamin supplements, B-complex supplements and other supplements containing only vitamin B12.
