Herbal mix for the digestive system

Description

Mixture of dried plants that helps to expel gases. Such as: Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): The essential oil of its fruits stimulates the digestive muscles producing a beneficial effect on digestion and the expulsion of gases. Widely used in cases of dyspepsia and flatulence. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla): Known for its eupeptic action, sweet chamomile is also used to soothe irritability and digestive discomfort. Melissa (Melissa officinalis): It is a good regulator of gastric and biliary activity, as well as a great gastrointestinal antispasmodic and carminative. And Linden (Tilia platyphillos): The essence acts as a sedative and spasmolytic, favoring the night's rest.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 3 infusions a day.for an infusion pour about 200 ml. (one cup) of boiling water in a container containing a dessert spoon of the mixture. Let stand covered for 5 to 15 minutes.

Composition

Foeniculum vulgare P. Mill (Fennel) fruits 70%, Matricaria chamomila L. (Chamomile) flower heads 10%, Melissa officinalis L. (Melissa) leaves 10%, Tilia platyphyllos Scop. (Linden) inflorescences 10%.
