The main mechanism of action of the product is due to the presence of simethicone, which is able to reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles present in the gastrointestinal tract and favors their dispersion. Simethicone is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and does not interfere with digestive processes.
It also includes a set of digestive enzymes that help improve food digestion and counteract the effects related to possible food malabsorption, such as excessive fermentation resulting in gas overproduction.
