I use it to do perineal massage to prepare for childbirth. Before I usually put a hot heating pad to relax the area. I've been using it every other day for a few days and the truth is that I'm noticing some changes. I hope it works to reduce tears! The only thing is that being a device that goes in the intimate area I expected to have something to cover it or that it came in a container.
