Description

Soy sauce made following the best traditional method (fermenting for 18 months in a wooden barrel). Ideal for recipes formulated with cereals, legumes, vegetables and seaweed. Contains gluten and soya. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.

To be taken at the consumer's taste.
