Caricol® has a gentle and long lasting effect. For optimal results we recommend a  daily intake over a few weeks.

Caricol® is best taken pure; the stick pack is opened and squeezed into the mouth. Preferably after meals, but also at any other time when needed.
If desired, Caricol® can also be mixed with beverages (water, tea, juices) or foods (fruit puree, mashed potatoes, baby food, etc.).
