Description

Innovative bar with gelatin texture, very easy to eat and digest, which is ideal to carry with you during outdoor sports, such as cycling, triathlons or marathons, among others, thanks to its lightness and small size. It provides carbohydrates, BCAAs (L-leucine, L-taurine, L-tyrosine, isoleucine and valine) in an 8:1:1 ratio and 60mg of sodium, which help to maintain blood glucose levels and increase the body's energy, thus maintaining high physical performance for longer.

Instructions for use

Take 1 unit every 30 to 45 minutes during exercise, with 200ml of water.

Tyrosine or L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that is part of proteins. This amino acid is involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism. Tyrosine is also key in the formation of neurotransmitters. It contributes to maintaining a normal mood and to the regulation of memory, pleasure and motor skills.

Using a dietary supplement with L-tyrosine is recommended in mentally or physically demanding circumstances, such as intense exercise and stressful situations. It also promotes healthy hair.
