If you only want to use the heat cartridge for a short time (up to 7 hours), you can remove it for later use. To do this, it is necessary to put it in the airtight plastic bag and close it after having taken out as much air as possible. To reuse it, remove the heat cartridge from the airtight bag, shake it for a few seconds and place it in the ColdHot Neck pocket.
