A-Derma Exomega Allergo Allergo Emollient Balm 40ml is a repairing balm developed for the daily care of very dry skin prone to atopic eczema.
Formulated with 95% of ingredients of natural origin such as Rhealba® oat sap complex, it helps to protect the natural lipids of the epidermis, to reinforce the barrier function and to maintain the balance of the cutaneous microbiome and to nourish in depth. Enriched with a natural vector, ilaxerin and vitamin B3, it helps soothe irritation, itching and redness. Contains no preservatives, fragrance or animal ingredients.
