Non-adherent polyurethane dressing, characterised by a hydrocellular structure and excellent absorption. Allevyn adhesive has the same three-layer structure as Allevyn non-adhesive dressing. It allows dynamic management of traumatic fluid (exudate) and facilitates healing, while the entire contact layer is provided with an adhesive mass based on a water-soluble acrylate.
