Almiron Organic Multicereal Cereals 200g is a mixture of cereals based on organic ingredients: oats, barley, wheat, spelt and rye.

As they are whole grains, they provide all their nutritional richness, and are high in fiber and vitamin B1, which contributes to the baby's normal energy metabolism.

In addition, they have no added sugars or produced for healthy eating, and are free of palm oil, so they are a good choice to start the transition to solid food.

Indicated from 6 months onwards.

Bottle:

Prepare a 240ml bottle of warm milk.

Add 3-4 level tablespoons of Almitur (18g approx).

Cover and shake until completely dissolved.

If it has been a while since you have prepared it, shake it to dissolve it well again.

Dish:

Put 200ml of warm milk in a dish.

Add 6-7 level tablespoons of Alminatur (approx. 35g).

Stir with a fork and test the temperature before giving it to your baby.
