Calcium is one of the most abundant macro-elements in the body and makes up more than 99% of the structure of bones and teeth. Using products with calcium helps to care for and protect teeth and gums and improves overall oral hygiene.

Using products with calcium helps to protect tooth enamel, the teeth’s protective barrier, and prevents plaque formation that can lead to tooth decay and tooth sensitivity. Bacterial plaque reduction also prevents some periodontal diseases (caused by bacterial build-up).

Using mouthwash after deep brushing is recommended to strengthen the enamel from 5 years of age (always checking the product's indications). Visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check for cavities.
