Its effervescent format makes it easy and convenient to administer, preferably in the morning with breakfast. Altivyl tablets are recommended for adults and children from 6 years of age;

Instructions for use

Dissolve one tablet in a little water or juice. Take once a day, preferably at breakfast.

Composition

Acidulants: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate. MAGNESIUM CARBONATE. CALCIUM CARBONATE. VITAMINS: C, B3, B5, B2, E, B6, B1, A, B9, B8, D, B12. Antifoaming agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone, sucroesters of fatty acids. FERROUS LACTATE. SWEETENERS: ASPARTAME, ACESULFAME K, NEOESPERIDIN DC. ZINC CITRATE. DYE: RED BEET JUICE POWDER. Potassium iodide. Sodium molybdate. Sodium selenite. Magnesium sulfate. CHROMIUM CHLORIDE (III). SALT. Cupric sulfate.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
