Its dual-layer design with reinforcing fiber provides:

  • 9 times more strength
  • 50% more absorption compared to standard options

It absorbs moderate to high exudate and gels upon contact with fluids, helping to maintain a moist environment. It incorporates enhanced ionic silver synergistically, aimed at acting against planktonic microorganisms and biofilms. Additionally, it retains fluids under pressure, reduces dead spaces, and helps prevent perilesional maceration. It is suitable for healthcare professionals and for home use.
