- Plaster: apply the clay directly on the skin in a thickness of 1 to 2 cm, leave for 1 to 2 hours.
- Poultice: place the clay 2 cm thick in the center of the cloth, fold the 4 corners and apply directly to the desired area.
- Mask: apply in a thick layer, leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Clean the skin. Do not let the clay dry.
