Instructions for use

- Adults: take 1 measuring spoon, 3-4 times a day.

- Children 10 to 15 years: take 1 measuring spoon, 2-3 times a day.

- Children 5 to 10 years old: take 1/2 dosing spoon, 3-4 times a day.

- Children 2 to 5 years old: take 1/2 dosing spoon, 2 times a day.
