Make sure the volume is as low as possible. insert the hearing instrument into the corresponding ear. Gently and very slowly push the hearing instrument into the ear canal until it feels firmly attached. Adjust the volume using the volume control. To avoid an annoying whistling sound, cover the microphone while inserting it.
