Aromalogie Omega 3 90caps is a dietary supplement rich in essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, recognized for their benefits for cardiovascular, brain, and joint health.

Derived from selected fish oils, these omega 3s contribute to the proper functioning of the heart and the maintenance of cognitive functions.

Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) may contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained through daily consumption of:

  • 250 mg of EPA and DHA
  • 250 mg of DHA may contribute to the normal functioning of the brain and heart

Instructions for use

Contribution to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, inflammatory states: 3 capsules a day, in the morning before breakfast.

Mitigation of depressive states, stress resistance, and anxiety states: 3 capsules a day, at night before dinner.

Protection of vision, prevention and assistance in cognitive disorders: 3 capsules a day (2 in the morning and 1 at night).

Nocturnal awakenings: 3 capsules a day, before dinner.

The capsules should preferably be taken with a glass of water. Other recommendations are possible:
