It is worn like a normal panty. For maintenance, rinse them in cold water rubbing them, if necessary, with a little soap without bleach or fabric softener, otherwise, their absorbent power could be reduced. Do not leave them to soak for hours. Avoid using the dryer. Hang and let them dry in the open air. DO NOT iron.

I have had the panty on my second day of my period, which is when I have more and great, I have no leaks and it is very comfortable. It fulfills its function, but when it is very full you can tell that it does not absorb well.
