Biatain Alginate Ag Dressings 10x10cm 10pcs are alginate dressings with ionic silver, indicated for infected wounds with moderate to abundant exudate. They are designed for:
- Pressure ulcers
- Vascular ulcers
- Superficial burns
- Cavitated wounds that require immediate bacterial control
Upon contact with exudate, they form a soft and cohesive gel that helps maintain a moist environment. They incorporate ionic silver (Alphasan 200 RC Complex) with a broad-spectrum and sustained antimicrobial effect from the first application.
