These substitute custards in sachets contain 12 vitamins and 11 minerals, providing the body with everything it needs to stay healthy.

Pour about 200 - 250 ml of water into a container and add the contents of the sachet. Stir the mixture until fully dissolved. If you wish, you can heat it in the microwave.
