Wholemeal cereal porridges are an adequate complement for the feeding of the baby from 6 to 12 months due to their high content of fiber and their nutritional contributions. The Blevit Plus Wholemeal porridge is a porridge made from whole grains and benefited with fructooligosaccharides that balance the bacterial microflora thanks to the good development of the lactobacilli and the bifido-bacteria.
All these compounds are not altered by digestive enzymes or by absorbing water, as they act as soluble dietary fibres and normalize the intestinal transit. It also facilitates intestinal peristalsis and thanks to the amount of fiber contained in the porridge is ideal for babies suffering from chronic constipation.
