Botanic & Fruits Boletus Risotto with Artichokes 210g

Boletus and artichoke risotto ready to cook. With broth included. Suitable for vegans, celiac and lactose intolerant. All the ingredients are of high-quality and are included to facilitate its preparation and guarantee an exquisite result: Carnaroli rice (special for risotto), artichokes and dehydrated boletus and dehydrated vegetable broth. Servings: 2/3 persons. Storage instructions: keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Preparation: approximately 20 minutes.

- Heat a little olive oil in a wide and high frying pan over medium heat.

- Brown the contents of the package and then mix in 15g of butter.

- Then add 50ml of white wine, stirring until it evaporates.

- Then add 750ml of hot water and let it absorb over medium-high heat, stirring often until a creamy texture is obtained (17' approx.).

- Turn off the heat and add butter and Parmesan Reggiano or rawmesan (vegan option) to taste.

- Ready to serve!
