Apply a small amount of the exfoliating powder to your hand, equivalent to a tablespoon of coffee. Then, add water and mix until you achieve a light foam, and once you have it and the powder has disappeared, leaving only a little granule, gently massage it onto your face for about two minutes. It is very important not to apply too much pressure against the skin.

It should be used about three times a week, starting with just once a week for the first 15 days. You can use it as your morning cleanser (with SPF afterwards) or as a second cleanser at night.

Remember to use it on damp scalp or on body skin once or twice a week.
