Description

Agave syrup, made from concentrated juice of agave tequilana from organic farming in Mexico. The product is a natural fructose sweetener extracted from the Mexican Agave plant. Traditionally, the Native Americans of Mexico collected the sweet juice "aguamiel" from different varieties of Agave. Aguamiel" is obtained from 7 to 8 year old plants and contains nutrients such as carbohydrates, vitamins and amino acids. Cal Valls is a family business, dedicated since 1978 to the production and elaboration of organic vegetable juices and preserves.
