Apple concentrate made by Cal Valls. Organic product with a creamy texture created from concentrated apple juice and organic agar-agar.

Indicated for:

  • Sweetening beverages
  • Making desserts (cakes and cookies)
  • Using as a topping on pancakes
  • Enriching dressings and sauces
  • Substitute for sugar

Contributes to a healthy and balanced diet. It is a pasteurized product with very low acidity, which does not contain:

  • Additives
  • Preservatives
  • Flavorings

Additionally, it is allergen-free. Once the package is opened, it should be kept refrigerated and stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Preferably consume within 48 months after the production date.

Neither chemicals have been used in the manufacturing nor in the cultivation, to protect health and the environment.
