Description

Organic honey from Cal Valls, contained in a 1kg jar. It is an organic, natural product that preserves the properties of the food. Additionally, it has not required thermal processes for its production. In this way, it nourishes and serves as a low-trans-fat sweetener, suitable for adults and children. It is intended to replace artificial sugars and accompany both natural juices and the preparation of desserts. This honey is collected by bees from plantations where thyme flowers predominate. The flavor is different from traditional honey, preserving the aroma and taste released by the nectar of these plants. It is obtained through organic beekeeping. It is not suitable for use by diabetic individuals or small children who have shown allergic reactions to honey.
