Description

Intoleran Quatrase 10,000 36 caps is a dietary supplement formulated with a blend of digestive enzymes, especially indicated to dissolve complex carbohydrates, such as fructans and galactans, which can be found in foods like legumes, vegetables, and cereals.

It contains lactase, xylose isomerase, alpha-galactosidase, and invertase, which help relieve abdominal inflammation and gas formation caused by food intolerances and promote proper intestinal transit.

Indicated to help digest complex carbohydrates and reduce gas formation.

Instructions for use

  • Take the capsules immediately before, or with the first bite of your meal.

  • If you have trouble swallowing, you can open the capsules and take the loose contents, or dissolve it in a glass of water.

  • Take 1 to 3 capsules a day, with meals.

  • Maximum daily dose: A maximum of 15 capsules per day.

*Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

Perfect for occasional use. I have lactose, fructose, fructans and sorbitol intolerance, and taking them I have no symptoms whatsoever. It's great because all the enzymes are in one tablet. For example, if I go out to eat, what I do is to take one just when they bring the dish and another one for dessert if they don't bring it often (if I know that the dessert will only have lactose or fructose, I take a specific pill, otherwise I use these). I hope it helps you! Cheer up :)

I saw it recommended on an instagram profile of comiendobien and it works super well for me for fructose intolerance, as it has 4 enzymes in one. Super good. The pity is that it only lasts 30mins its effect.
