• Always wash and dry your hands before handling contact lenses.

• Always start with the same eye to avoid confusion.

• Take the lens and place it in the palm of your hand.

• Apply at least 3 drops of solution on each surface of the lens.

• Gently rub the lens with a forward and backward motion for 10 seconds on each side.

• Rinse both surfaces of the lens well with solution while gently rubbing the lens between your thumb and index finger.

• Place the lens in its case and fill the well with solution.
