Description

Solgar Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc 100 tablets supports the health of the musculoskeletal and nervous system, as well as being suitable for bone and dental health (along with diet, exercise and lifestyle). Suitable for vegans, vegetarians, kosher and halal.

Calcium contributes to: Normal muscle function; maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium also helps: Protecting cells from oxidative stress and normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc helps: Normal metabolism of vitamin A, normal bone maintenance and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Suitable for adults of all ages. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, kosher and halal. Gluten-free, dairy-free.

Instructions for use

  • Take two tablets a day, preferably with meals.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Calcium is one of the most abundant macro-elements in the body and makes up more than 99% of the structure of bones and teeth. In addition to this important structural function, it is also necessary for cellular regulation and communication. It contributes to normal nerve and muscle function.

I don't understand why on a site that ends with .fr you get products from Spain. Besides, it says two tablets a day for calcium magnesium zinc. I bought the same product in a Paris pharmacy and it says 3! So I don't understand it at all. Can anyone explain? Thank you
