Spiral-shaped pasta made from Kamut. Kamut is one of the oldest known varieties of wheat. It stands out from common wheat because of its higher concentration of protein, lipids, fibre, minerals and vitamins.

Boil 1 litre of water per 100 grams of pasta. When it is boiling, add salt and the pasta. Stir well. From the moment the water returns to a boil cook for 5/7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
