We are increasingly concerned about dental health, so it is essential to take care of your mouth from birth. Chicco® has designed a pacifier that promotes baby's oral development.

The Chicco® Orthodontic Silicone Soother has a nipple that powers the proper development of the baby's mouth, without interfering with the alignment of the dental arches. It is made entirely of silicone and has a soft, flexible texture that does not absorb flavours or odours.

Its base is curved, softly shaped and with ventilation holes. This pacifier is ideal for sleeping because it is very elastic.

This pacifier allows the correct distribution of the pressure of the tongue on the palate and the sides of the mouth cavity, and makes it possible for the baby to close the mouth comfortably. It is indicated for newborn babies.

• Before using the soother for the first time, it is advisable to sterilise it with boiling water for 2 minutes, squeeze the nipple to remove the water and let it air dry.
• Repeat sterilisation if the soother gets dirty or falls to the floor and always once a day to eliminate any bacteria that may have accumulated.
• Place in the baby's mouth to soothe him/her, to help him/her fall asleep. If you are not breastfeeding the soother reduces the risk of sudden death syndrome, as it decreases if the baby suckles regularly.
