Dermatologically tested.

Avoid applying eyeliner in one stroke. Draw small dots on the upper lash line keeping the same space between them. Then, using short, quick strokes, join these dots in a thin line. If there is any space between the eyeliner and the eyelashes, fill it in to soften it.
