Sterile non-adhesive dressing, with an absorbent layer, a central area of activated charcoal, and a water-resistant outer layer. It maintains a moist environment in the wound, facilitates autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue, and absorbs wound exudate.
Thanks to the activated charcoal, it is especially indicated for:
Chronic wounds that emit a foul odor
Acute wounds that emit a foul odor
Infected wounds that emit a foul odor (under medical supervision)
