Description

Apple pectin is obtained thanks to the industrialization of citrus and apple pulp and is mainly used to add shine to food in a transparent way, withstanding freezing and defrosting processes. It has incorporated calcium ions necessary for it to be used with both fruit and dairy products. It does not contain fructose, gluten or sucrose.
