I usually take supplements for concentration because I study and work many hours a day.if you notice that you are more focused,but after several months I get the feeling that my body has become accustomed and I do not notice the improvement of the beginning.I imagine that it is not the fault of the product but my body that has it by habit,so I recommend taking it at specific times (in my opinion according to my own experience)
