Description

100% Arabica ground coffee, from certified organic farming and Fair Trade producers in the village of Chiapas, Mexico, which is ideal for preparing a slightly bitter coffee drink, with delicate and creamy scents, and with little caffeine.

This coffee comes from crops grown between 1500 and 1800 meters above sea level, and is very rich in magnesium, iron and vitamin PP.

Iron is a functional mineral that contributes to the body's growth and development. It is present in haemoglobin and myoglobin. These proteins transport oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the organism. Iron is also involved in the creation of hormones and connective tissue.
