Vitacrecil Complex Forte 180caps is a dietary supplement that helps to nourish and deeply repair both hair and nails.

Thanks to its formulation rich in vitamins, trace elements, and other ingredients, you will contribute to your hair looking shiny and voluminous again. It also contains zinc, one of the essential nutrients for maintaining hair and nails in optimal condition.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
