Mixture of 6 types of cereal flakes (wheat, oats, rye, barley, corn and rice) that do not need cooking to be used, and are especially suitable for adding directly into milk, vegetable drinks, yoghurts, soups, broths or juices. If a less dense texture is desired, they can be crushed, especially suitable for people with teeth difficulties. They can also be used in the preparation of breakfasts, desserts, cakes and salads.
