Ducray Dexyane MeD Soothing Repair Cream 100ml is a treatment specially designed for atopic contact and chronic eczema of the hands.
This cream helps to repair and soothe facial and body eczema, and is ideal for skin with an altered skin barrier, at greater risk of reaction to allergens and irritants.
In addition, it helps to relieve itching, redness, and irritation, and to protect the skin by restoring its natural protective barrier.
Indicated for atopic skin or eczema for the whole family.
Apply directly to the lesions of inflammatory eczema, 2 times a day. It can be used alone, in combination, and/or as a replacement for topical corticosteroids. In case of combination with a corticosteroid, apply the corticosteroid and wait a few minutes (5-15 minutes) before applying DEXYANE MED. Ask your doctor for advice on using DEXYANE MED with the prescribed corticosteroid in babies ≥ 3 months and children. If symptoms do not disappear after 3 weeks of treatment, consult your doctor.

Very effective to attenuate itchings related to the eczema. Moreover this cream softens the skin. I advise to put the tube of cream in the refrigerator to improve the effectiveness of the product. Indeed, it is known that sometimes the cold reduces the undesirable effects of eczema.

It's a fluid cream that spreads well: it's a bit sticky and shiny on the face but it moisturizes very well. It allows me to space out the cortisone cream a bit more: it doesn't replace it in case of crisis with itchy red patches but in between, it does the job very well. The composition is not great, like a lot of parapharmacy creams. It is sometimes hard to find in 100ml and the 30ml tube is really too small to do the face, neck and décolleté.
