African Mango Extract (IGOB131) 300 mg, Others: vegetable cellulose (stabilizer), magnesium stearate (stabilizer) and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).Coating: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (stabilizer), vegetable cellulose (stabilizer), stearic acid (stabilizer), talc (anti-caking agent), PEG6000 (coating), colouring agents: titanium dioxide and iron oxide.

Lack of iron can be restored through a varied diet. If this is not enough, it can be mitigated through supervised supplementation. It is essential to follow the advice of a healthcare professional and always avoid taking an iron dietary supplement without checking if you are deficient in this mineral.
