Apply generously to the face before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying to maintain the original protection. Reducing the amount will significantly decrease the level of sun protection. Do not stay in the sun too long, even while using a sunscreen product. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat.
