Farline Activity Cold-Heat Bag Triple Cell is a cold-heat gel bag that helps relieve and soothe specific and localized pain. It is reusable and suitable for freezer and microwave.

• For cold therapy: keep the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

• Then, place it in the cover to insulate the cold and apply the bag to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.

• In cases of severe injuries, wet the cover before application to allow the cold to penetrate better.

• Do not use directly on the skin right after taking it out of the freezer.

• For heat therapy: flatten the bag and ensure the gel is evenly distributed. Place it in the microwave (1000W) for 20 seconds.

• If it is not hot enough, reheat for 5 seconds each time. (It should not exceed 65ºC).
